In New Rochelle, family-run Italian places are busiest on weekend evenings and around holidays, when reservations or call-ahead seating are worth it. BYOB is common at smaller restaurants in some states, with a modest corkage fee or none at all; the listing or a quick call will tell you. Wing-and-pizza shops across New York do most of their business by delivery and price wings by the piece or in fixed counts, with sauce heat adjustable on request. Catering trays, party pizzas and sheet pies need a day's notice at most places, and more around big game days.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 amβ10 pm. The service at this restaurant was amazing! The Philly cheesesteak flatbread I ordered was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. I really enjoyed it and would definitely come back!

The food I ordered would have been great if half the container of salt wasnβt on my porkchop. A great looking π thick pork chop had to go in the garbage. I hate wasting food , the potatoes it came with was good also. The pistachio gelato was delicious also. I did tell my server . The server was great also. I want to come back but not with a half a pound of salt on a porkchop other than that I would come back..drinks was good too. Tried the white sangria. And the prickly pear margarita. Happy eating new Rochelle

First of all - Style-wise itβs a bit 2003 for me, but canβt take away that itβs very clean and the temperature was lovely. We loved the service very much except for one thing, which is likely more of a cultural thing - I donβt like being offered to box our leftovers or given the check before weβre done with our sit down. There was no line out the door, empty tables, this makes me feel rushed. I can ask for it when I am done. The bread was fresh and hot - fab. The muscles were clean, pasta sauce was smooth - but at this price point Iβd prefer fresh pasta. The chicken parm sandwich was bland, misses a kick. Got the potential, good bones, just needs a little tweak to elevate it.

The food at the restaurant is quite spectacular. I would say certain dishes, such as the Barata, the calamari, and the cold antipasto were amazing. The main dishes, lack a certain je ne sais quoi. As you would say in French. The cheesecake for the dessert was absolutely out of this world definitely not made in-house. The service was rather lackluster. Definitely need some improvement. I was looking for the waiter or waitress whenever I could find one. The restaurant was quite busy. I would say they need to move the restaurant dinner tables away from the bar. It was quite noisy while we were enjoying our dinner. I would convert those tables into high top standing tables because people were just very loud and wanting to watch the game. The atmosphere for the restaurant is definitely there as you can see thereβs a vibrant community around the place. I would not come back to this establishment. I think it is lacking a lot of things I like in a restaurant. I also would say they need to update their tables and chairs. Theyβre not very sturdy. We were a party of six and the table they had placed us in, was very small.

What absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! This charming Italian eatery truly delivers on taste, atmosphere, and service. We started with the fried burrata, and it was a revelation. Crispy on the outside, with a warm, creamy interior that just melted in your mouth, perfectly complemented by its accompaniments. It's a must-try appetizer! For my main course, we ordered the chicken parm and the money bag pasta and it did not disappoint. The chicken was cooked to perfection β tender and juicy, coated in a flavorful, crispy breading, and smothered in a rich, tangy marinara sauce with just the right amount of melted cheese. It was a classic done exceptionally well. The pasta was flavorful and delicious. We also loved the seasoned vegetables that came with it. Our waitress was Alexandra and she was so attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. Posto 22 is clearly a gem in New Rochelle, offering authentic and incredibly delicious Italian cuisine in a welcoming setting. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable meal!
